Hi everyone. I'm feeling a little better today. I've exhausted my Lortab, unfortunately, but am taking my Naproxen per Doctor Aleve's instruction. I've even supplemented my healing with those over-the-counter self-adhesive heating jobbies. I've got a l-o-n-g day ahead, so I hope I'll be able to hang in there. Thanks for the well wishes and good thoughts, everyone....

I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to a career Army man and a transplanted Iowa lass. In 1990, I graduated in the top 11th percentile of my high school class and went on to earn a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology in 1995. I'd damned near finished a Master of the Arts degree in Adult and Community Education when I accepted a professional internship with the DoD, started traveling, and met the man of my dreams. Today, I'm a senior HR Specialist for that same DoD component and am a happily married mom-of-a-toddler!
