I'm Home Again!

I made it home, safe and sound. Thank you, God!

Lots going on this weekend! Secret Santa present to buy, gifts to wrap, desserts to make, and an informal Christmas party in our home TOMORROW NIGHT. Whatever was I thinking, trying to host guests after A WEEK ON THE ROAD?!

I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to a career Army man and a transplanted Iowa lass. In 1990, I graduated in the top 11th percentile of my high school class and went on to earn a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology in 1995. I'd damned near finished a Master of the Arts degree in Adult and Community Education when I accepted a professional internship with the DoD, started traveling, and met the man of my dreams. Today, I'm a senior HR Specialist for that same DoD component and am a happily married mom-of-a-toddler!
